Need help to tweak my feeding

ok, i have had a few harvest and i still seem to feel sketchy on my nutes and ph. im using fox farm ocean forest soil and the foxfarm trio nutes. i have one in flower (pineapple trainwreck) and its been in flowering since Nov 19 so that makes 6 weeks and five days as of now. the plant is doing well considering i havent shocked this one (big issue). but anyways since this is obviously a indica/sativa mix im guessing the flowering time to be around 9 or 10 weeks. Not have much time left to add nutes i want to learn more about how i can achieve an optimal yield or a change. i know my bud will be good but for the size of the plant its about time i start getting bigger buds. from what i see some of you guys get monster yields and make it look effortless. Im open to new nutes and schedules. who has any ideas

room temp 73 to 85F
humidity stays around 40%
im rocking a 400W HPS
foxfarm soil and nutes (trio pack)/(ocean forest)
flowering plant is in 2 gallon bucket
plant stands about 3 ft tall

i also have 2 clones from a mother pineapple trainwreck in a DWC cloner under florescent tubes.
using root juice in the water around 200 ppm ph now is around 6

and the other day i germinated about 7 auto seeds from last year. (lowberry X minithunderfuck)
4 of them so far have shown root since about 3 days ago. so here in the near future ill have those going into soil.

Later i will post more pics of my mother and flowering plant but they are sleeping.
and help is appreciated. . . peace

I agree, this place seems dead lately...

All I can recommend is slowly bumping your veg nutes to increase canopy and root growth and then do the same during flower.

Every grow is different and you just have to dial it in over a few rounds to maximize yield.

You have a ph meter? if so then what are you feeling sketchy about? numbers too high or too low?
Check into using molasses during flowering to help your buds get thicker and frostier. (there's liquid and dry)
Gettin a 600, or even better 1000w light will def help increase your yield(s)

Other than that no real recommendations. You seem to have everything you need for a decent grow, except for a bigger light.
You'll know if your ph is right or not w/ a meter and testing run off. Between 5-7, I think, was the latest numbers I've seen that are supposed to be "ok'. Depending on the strain and it's preferences of course.
