i planted about 10 days ago in a closet, and my plant is about 6 in tall, i was looking at anothers plants and his look the same on the top but are only about 3 in tall, do diff. kinds vary that much? and if i dont know what kind of seeds they are, how long should i wait to start flowering?

indica.... short with fat leaves
sativa.... taller plants more stretchy with thin leaves

basically youll be able to tell what you got as it grows more than likely youll have a mix.

just remember they double to tripple in size after beginning to flower

what jester said,it also depends on your light,if you have a nice light you can do alot more with a bigger plant,like top it and such.

alright thnx alot , first time ever growing, trying not to screw it up too bad lol thnx for the help tho, in ur opinoin is 6 in after 10 days decent sized?

depends on if its stretchy... meaning if you got the light too far away...

personally in a kit ya wanna keep it all as cles together as possible.. nodal structure that is

i think that might be it, because i got my lights like 4 feet away from the pot, and i was just reading and it said to keep it like 2 in. from the top of the plant at all times, however when i started i was misinformed and told to keep it at like a 3 or 4 foot distance from the top... so i think ill probably just restart, bcuz im only 10 days in and only 1 of my 4 plants sprouted, this time im going to try the wet paper towel, (i forget wat its called lol) and move the light closer, and one more ? when should i start using fertilizer, i should wait until after they sprout right?
