Need Help Please!

I am 'babysitting' my bf's closet while he's away for a few weeks. I need some big time help. Before he left he purchased a super closet and set up nine seeds in the small rockwool cubes in the bottom chamber on a twenty-four hour light cycle. I've been keeping the bottom of the pan wet and making sure that there is even moisture throughout the cubes. I've only checked them daily to try and reduce the amount of outside light the seeds get. It's now twelve days in and only one sprout has appeared and it has not grown above about two inches and has shown no roots out of the bottom. I am at a complete loss as to what might be going wrong here and I have no way of contacting him to get any advice. Please help, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

From what I've read I think the seeds should be kept in a dark warm place untill they crack. The roots can not get any light, only the top should be getting the light.

What are the temps like in the closet? Seedlings need it to be dark, moist, and warm. I would put a heating pad under the pan to heat things up a bit.

There is a heating pad, but I didn't know that until I looked and had moved the tray off of it. My bf also told me before he left to take the towel that was keeping them in the dark off, so they've been getting direct light for a week now. I put a towel back on and made sure the tray was on the pad. The temperature is warm, definitely above room temp. The water condenses on the top of the tray and its very humid. Should I worry about the seeds rotting?

k girl, this is what u do..... to sproat seeds put them in between moist napkins or toilet paper in a dark warm place .... the heating pad will help for sure..... now thats just to germinate ......

how are u going to get through this if this just the begging... i cant be doing ur boyfreinds work without any favours in return.....

btw, is that u in that pic.....

why are u dating such a douchebag..... who leaves his girl to babysit his grow and doesnt let u have a way of contacting him....

this is his problem not urs........ if i were i would drop this loser take the grow and set it up for urself.... or come over t my house and ill take care of u and the plants.....

First of all, if that was her in the pic( i hope not unless she is legally growing) I doubt she would want to be involved with some desperate dude like you tryin to holler at her when she is getting advice to take care of her mans plants... Don't you have any respect bro? I mean shit.. I agree that he should've took a minute to show her what's going on( not only to make sure she doesn't get stressed and fuck eveything up, but also just in case she tries to do it her own way and messing things up). all i know is that is i was going to be serious with my grow i would be serious with the shit i tell my girl......
