Need Help Please!!!!!

i've been growing this nice plant its about 5inches now..doing well all except everytime new leaves come up ones underneath start dying..turniong yellow and drying out.
Why is that? and whjat can i do to stop this from occuring?
on the other hand its in a large enough pot i already trnasplanted it, its getin lots oflightfrom the sun...i dont over water it..but i cant under stand why the leaves die ...please hel;p fellow growers

That is completely normal. Circle of life, blah blah blah. Unless you are seeing an excessive number of leaves. The plant is basically sucking the life out of those lower leaves and branches to build the new growth.

Sometimes this can be a sign that the plant doesn't have the necessary nutrients to build up. This can be caused by your PH being off the charts or using crummy soil.

Can you give more details about your setup? What type of soil you are using, what kind of lighting, etc?

Pics would be most helpful for a diagnosis.

well im using cheap potting soil..but its too late for that now..and i used some p[lant food..but the numbers are wrong 11-3-7 or somethin...but i thought it would help..and light is from sun..any more advice

If they new leaves are healthy and the plant is continuing to grow, I wouldn't be concerned. You should start ferts about 1 month after they've sprouted, any decent soil should have enough nutes to keep it until then. If you fertilized your soil already and you see some of the newer leaves starting to turn yellow/brown around the edges, that could be nute burns and you would want to flush your plant to drain the ferts.
