OK so first of all, can you clarify your growing medium. You listed coco, dwc, and aeroponics. Dwc, and aeroponics aren't growing mediums. And you don't really want to use coco for either of those systems.

If you have a 5'x5' floor space, you'll want a 1000w hps, preferably a nice brand. Lumatek, galaxy etc. Many good names, just pick one you like and has good reviews. I personally used lumateks and never had problem.

If this is your first grow, I recommend growing in coco coir. You can water it like soil but it's very light/aerated so water retention Is less than soil, but more than hydroponic mediums. Use smart pots, or root pouch.

Nutrients, well there's plenty of them and they all do the same thing. I was using "mills nutrients" with great results. It's decently priced, highly concentrated and relatively low on salts (good for coco) compared to other nutrients. As for how much you feed, there are directions on the back of most nutrient bottles that guide you on how much per gallon and at which stage of growth. It's like baking a cake. However, not all strains are equal, and some will thrive better than other given the same circumstances. You'll want ph meter to check your nutrient solution before you feed, (5.8-6 is ideal). It's recommended to start youreading plants on half the bottle dosage, and increase to full strength over the course of a couple weeks to ensure the plants can handle the strength. Just keep an eye on nutrient burn.
