need help on germinating seed

Right now i have my seeds in the paper tow method and ( frist seed ) one of them r pop out like a half a inch n the other ( sec seed ) one is barely poped out n its just grow aside the seed shell. Its been 2 1\2 days already n i would of thought it would be popped out alot more then it is. Would it be ok to plant it in soil already ?

sums seeds can take longer. yea u can plant them now put them a little under half a inch into the soil. prewater the soil first then plant the seed then just use a spray bottle to keep the soil moist on top dont let it dry out completly.

Pictures always help, but it sounds like you have 2 beans with one of them having a sprout of 1/2 inch and the other just barely breaking the shell. Sounds like you have 2 good beans germinating. Just keep that towel moist and in a dark warm place. You could plant them right now if you need to. Just make sure that the tap root is heading towards hell (lol). Peace

yeah its better to do this method just incase u get a bad seed tht doesnt pop out. This way i no there r not bad seed

Every seed is a little machine, it's stored energy is only enough to crack, tap and search for more energy in food and sunlight to begin Photosynthesis.If all of the energy is expelled in Your Solo cup then it will be fighting for it's life...Especially if You are inexperienced and forgot it in the cup...I remember a loooong time ago Crackin Bean''s to finally find that "One".I used to sand the ridge off of the seed's and it seriously helped...Butt I'm sure Your "Hell Week" Germ Method is Better Lol...

i used to dunk all my seeds in water till they cracked then plant into paper towel. (warm water)

it worked for some time but when i get good seeds, they seemed to fail.

i seemed to have better success at going straight to paper towels the moment it sinks in water after a few hours

i am horrible at scarifying seeds and couldn't properly do it even if my life depended on it.

My point is if you can just throw an up popped seed into dirt of course you can throw a popped seed in.
