Yeah everything of my set up is bang on, they were already droopy when I picked them up off of a friend he weren’t sure what was wrong with them the newer growth that’s drooping looks like a slightly lighter colour like it’s starting to yellow a bit I was thinking maybe he hasn’t fed them anything so I hand watered them when I put them in with the water in the system which has nutes mixed in (hand watering till roots grow through the pots) and keeping an eyeDid you rinse, your clay balls really thoroughly, beforehand?
Double check your ph.
Then double check your ppm.
Go from there.
Let us all know.
Good luck mate.
PH is stable at 5.9Ok.
Just watch your ph. Keep it over 5.5, and under 6.5, for your hydro.
You have PLEANTY of oxygen going??? Not violently bubbling. But a lot?
I got the clones from a friends house tonight I don’t know how he’s treated/watered ect.Have you tried lowering your nutrients?
How many mls per litre, are you feeding?
Do you know your ppm?
Do you know your ppm out the tap?
There rooted nicely through a rockwall cubeYou have referenced "cuts" and "clones" in your posts.
Which did you get?
Cuts = no roots yet.
Clones = healthy set of roots.
Could it be they are still trying to grow their roots?
Cool. There rooted nicely through a rockwall cube
The rockwall is pretty much just damp and they are about an inch above the bottom of the net pots is that fine or should they be on the bottom of the net pots?don't overwater the rockwool, it retains a lot of moisture. you may want to carefully "fling" a little of the water out of it if its waterlogged. keep it just damp and just above the bubbles in your res, the roots will stretch for the bubbles.
They’re not quite long enough I’ve got them about an inch above the bottom of the net pot, would you say this is to high? And I’m having to top water for time being hopefully not to long as I’ve got voodoo juice In my mix so hopefully should get a rapid bit of root growthCool.
Are those roots long enough to reach into the res?
Do you need to top water for a bit to keep them going until they reach the water level?
