Hello there,

It is my first grow and I need lots of help :D So I've started LST'ing this plant when it was 13 days old and today is 18. I want to trim some fan leaves, because they are blocking light and I don't know if I should do that and if yes, then how to do it appropriately ;)

There are photos from day 11(before LST'ing), day 13 (first LST'ing) and day 18 (now)

try to not keep your plant so pinned to the ground, and allow it to grow up some and then top the plant or FIM it, you need the fan leaves to keep developing strong stem growth sturdy root growth. i have pc grows goin as well

Bend it over after it gets 2 new sets and are spaced out this way you can tie it down and still have the new growth able to grow back UP toward the light.,Check out my sig with my first grow LSTed and still going too.

shes doing good, but whatever you do i dont reccomend to trim any fan leaves. thats where they get all their energy from the light. as far as lst'ing you are not doing bad at all. dont try fim or topping yet just play with lst for now and you going to see how good results youll get. if you have some side cfl lights youll be just fine..........

He said its an auto? so you obviously wouldn't top it....

Autos flower by age not by dark hours so toping would just decrease your yield

And by side lights they mean put sum CFLs along the sides of her not just above

This is day 25 for my dearest plant. I don't like fan leaves, because it looks like they're blocking a lot of light. Especially one of them.

To make it clearer to understand the photo - the main stem is bent forward and to the left.

The other thing that I don't like is the tips of the leaves from the top of the main stem. In the picture Day 25 (7) you should be able to see it. The plant is green and only the tips of those leaves are very very light green. What could be the problem?
