need HELP leaf PROB!!!

here is a pic of the plant it looks kinda of shitty due to a shitty digi cam but hey at least i got some type of pic you can kind of look at well here it is any help would be really helpful the leaf on the left side of the picture there is some burn i dont know whats its from but the tip and just the tip (why is that?)of the leaf is really yellow and brown and looks dead in just that one spot and on the other side of the lower leaf is the same way what am i doing wrong i dont want this one to die all my other 3 died and this is the last one... real noob here..... but expert smoker

no one have anyone info on this i tried and look at the growfaqs but honestly there shit theres no solution to them so i was wondering from experinced growers so helpful someone can come through on this....

that little guy will be just fine, just try to back your light off a little bit if its closer then 3-4 inches and make sure none of your nutrient mix is touching the plants leaves AT ALL, nutrient mix should always hit only the roots never the leaves and if u are foliar feeding the leaves then make sure it is a very weak dosage of nute in the water. but yeah that plant should be fine just back the light off and be carefull with your nutes, throw an update here if he starts to look worse otherwise dont change your watering schedual or anything ill check back with you

Mine looked like that and it was because my lights where to close. I raised them and problem was solved.

i have my waterfarm bucket on 24/7 right now someone pm and told me to do it... they said give it three 30 min breaks in between that also yeah my water is hitting my plant i can seem to get it to stop i tried and build a barrier with the hydroton and it still seems to keep splashing my plant??? any clues to stop getting the water from hitting it? also someone told me to dump out the reZ and change it the ppm is 324 and the ph is 5.7-6.1 is the ppm too high for the stage my plants in? well hopefully someone will chime in soon thanks for all the helpful info i just dont like the plant abuse chart i mean its helpful but then there is no solutions to some of the problems therefore making you even more worried about the problem till you fuck the plant up... well peace im going to fire one up...

no, your ppm is fine, if not low.

add more hose so you can put the water hose inside the hydroton. that way it doesn't splash.

right on because someone pm me and told me to dump the whole thing so i should be fine also my plants are really fried at the tips on the first two real leaves the very first that are serated someone also said just scrap in should i thought that the first serated leaves eventually get chopped anyway??? thanks kp you helped me last time you always chime in with something and for some reason i have a gut feeling most of your info is good shit....

with clones, i cut the first (big original) fan leaves after roots are hanging. the new growth takes over and the old original fans die off.

nice hold on let me take a pic of my setup its pretty shitty so hold the laughs... well the spot on the plant is getting worse i pushed the waterfarm hose deeper into the hydroton its not splashing anymore on the leaves so thats good... also someones telling me to dump and put fresh water instead of any nutes i hate there so much info and i cant tell whats good and whats bad since im such a noob to the whole dope game haha....

are you using cal/mag? i cannot see the spots, but it may be a calcium deff.

i was using cal mag someone pm me and said not to that the flora nova contains enough of it... also can you see in the pic where the two fan leaves are yellow brown and curling what do i do with those let them be?

let them be. if you check my thread, you'll see that my slips went through the same thing. i recently shucked the leaves, leaving only new growth. if new veg is good, you probably don't have a problem

yeah the new growth is fine nice and green but i want some insight on all the nutes i got heres a run down flora nova grow and bloom, superthrive,cal-mag, pro-tekt, and liquid karma should i use all of these or what???

All of those nutes are fine, I wouldn't add the CalMag until flowering, but in small quantities every so often should be OK. Your ppm of 325 is good until the plants get to 6 inches, then increase it slowly.

Don't use the AG nutes. Use the fox farm Big Grow at 1/2 strength (1 tsp) to the gallon until you start to flower.
