ok new on cfls just put them in the cup thir starting to pop out of the soil wat light do i get for them and wat light do i ge farther down the road when its like 6 to 7 inches tall??? and in a five gallin bucket can i use the same light the hole grow and just stitch the light on and off at differnt timesss???

With cfls you need to get the proper spectrum. Around 6500k for beg and 2700k for flower. You can get by with approx 100w per plant, but more will Def be better. And put light on 12/12 during flower. Easy greasy!

Campzoe: have you considered T-5's? Some manufacturers took all the thinking out of it. The fixture comes with a set of blue grow lamps already installed and they give you a set of red flowering lamps for when your babies are ready. Just make sure that you buy a fixture long and wide enough to cover your grow. HSA
 
can anyone help me with how far I should set my lights from the top and the sides during flower..I have 125wtt full spec..with hood along wit 3-55wtt cfl's....grow space 5'long x 2.5'wide x 10'high...one girl is going in to flower next week... and does anyone think thats enough light for 2 ladies??? Fresh Smoke an Happy Trails:leaf:
