Need help in Quantum board build (Have ~7.3k HLG Diodes and 4k Meanwell Watts)

Hello everyone, I will admit, I have a STD (Socially transmitted disease) and it is called growing. This combined with my unhealthy craigslist addiction makes for some spontaneous shopping. Yesterday I ended buying:
12 meanwell drivers (about 3000 watts worth)
16 QB132 V1 panels 2700 K
8 QB288 V2 with heatsinks 3000K
6 QB96 Elite V2
Some other non LED items also (fans, dehumidifier, etc)

This goes along with what i currently have, 2 HLG 550s V1 (3000k & 3500k).

I was wonder if anyone had suggestions on which lights I should use for vegging and flowering. Right now I am using the two HLG 550s in a 5x5 tent and getting awesome results but I want to switch up my growing style and do modular SIPS, with the light hanging from the SIP, so the light moves with the plant. The area above the sips I will flower is roughly 2'x2.5' and I have four of these. The others will be in Veg with the same sort of setup. In the future I might be interested in expanding the flower footprint to 4x2 but I don't need that much flower or a higher power bill right now. This is a personal grow for the private stash.

Flower:
I was thinking about using 2 qb288s and a qb96 in the middle on 2 channels (2 meanwell drivers). Another option would be use 4 qb132s and surround a QB96.

Veg:
Depending on what I have left over from the flower setup, I might be interested in using the QB288s, or QB96s, or the HLG 550s. The veg area is the same size as the Flower area (2'x2.5')

Thoughts and/or ideas are appreciated...

On a side note I heard adding diodes helps to promote efficiency but I think I took it too far! Another side note, I could add the QB132s as side lighting for my flowering sips. Not sure if that is worth it for scroging.

This deal was worth the 4 hours of driving it took me yesterday.

8020.net here I come!!!
