Need help identifying pests

Can anyone tell what this bug is and the best way to get rid of them?
I'm growing in coco and these tiny bugs came up out of the soil when I watered. I know it's not a great picture but they are so small it was hard to get a good picture. I thought maybe young root aphids or fungus gnats? They appear to be staying off the plant and only in the soil. The plant looks pretty healthy so far but I've ordered some dr. Zymes pesticide to try to deal with them.

Looks similar to HYPOASPIS MILES. Google them and have a look through the pictures and try to match them up if you can.

HM are good bugs. Predatory mites.

Thanks, after looking them up I think your probably right. I'd never had any pests so far so I panicked when I seen them.
