Need help identifying 2 bugs on outdoor plant

I am not sure what these are and if they are beneficial? Outdoor OG that started to flower 2 weeks ago.

Can't see if the last one is the same as the first 2 pics, but looks like your typical garden spider from what I can see

Leave Him/Her in place, unless the web causes problems. 80% of Spiders are beneficial to your plants. Check a Spider ID web site... ?
