Output voltage- 47.8- 56.2

Wattage- Anything from 35-80 watts , doesnt matter if its constant

Maybe look into getting an xlg-75-h-a. It would be pretty versatile since the voltage range is pretty wide if you choose to change your build up as well as fitting that cob given the parameters you posted above.
