So My Ballast Just Crapped Out. Ive been keeping it bearly running through the use of "jimmying" the chord and placing it in rediculous angles to get it to work. but i woke up this morning and its fucked. My question is, should I take it to an electronics store or buy a new one. i feel the only problem is with the imput as the cable has fried and a peice is missing and theres like plastic residue in the imput.
