Need help choosing best cob's to replace quantum board build

I was planning on running 4 quantum boards on a mean well HLG-320H-C2800B. Problem is they only have boards in 4000K,&5000K. I already ordered the driver , which I'll have in a couple of days.I was planning on running 6 3500 3590. This will be my first diy light build and would be a liar if I said I wasn't a little confused. It would be greatly appreciated if some of the led pros on here would give me best light configuration for a 4x4 space using the above listed driver. Thanks in advance.

You could use 3 Vero 29SE version D. They would run about 100w each. You could also use 2 Vero29SE version B which would run around 150w each but you're lacking a bit with coverage in a 4'x4' with only 2 cobs.

The problem you're faced with is that a high current driver like that has little voltage to play with. So you can run cobs but only a few, which means you'll also face considerable expense finding heatsinks.

Perhaps you should check out the Sol-Skin thread and find out what driver requirements look like.

They do have 304 quantum boards :5000k and 288@ 4000,5000. The 4000's doesn't look to far from the 3000. I could grad 2 4000k boards and add 2 more 300 when they restock. May be better to put the driver away till restock

The quantum guys said yesterday or the day before that the 3000k boards will be in stock in the first week of august I think. Just wait a bit and get what you had originally planned!!
