Hi, I'm wanting to plant a couple plants this spring, I just don't know what strain to choose.
The difficulty is this:
1. 49degree canadian prairie climate
(Last frost-May17-24, First frost-Sept 10)
2. Due to numerous reasons I cannot start indoors. I can germinate to seedling stage, but thats it.
I have looked at dwarf auto-flowering plants like autoassassin(60 day seed to finish) but the yield is so small.
I have also looked at "early wonder skunk" and "Manitoba poison" which say 4ounces each with late august/early sept finishes.
I'm mostly confused by flowering time vs overall time, some strains are advertised as having 7-8 weeks flowering or a plant is advertised as having a sept 1 finish, but is the finish time based on start time? If I planted a seedling june 1st, would the plant still "finish" sept 1st?
Can anyone shed some light on this for me?
