Need Help Asap!!!

Hi guys im wanting to setup my aero system tonight but I dont know where to run the separate tubes to. I have a water pump that has about a foot long tube coming off it then im going to have six individual tubes coming off that but do i put those tubes in the clay or just have to it run water onto the clay?

Have them run on clay.
