All that is optimal and I use all 3... Could be done without it depending on your set-up and/or circumstances... also need a growing medium of some kind... I would spend money here. Just my opinion
Carbon filter shouldn't be necessary until flowering! Also, nutes are a plus but if you start with happy frog soil you won't really need to worry about them until 6 weeks or so... Cheap oscillating fan is a good idea for your room as well! Will build strength in your stems! Good Luck!!!

If your new I would definitely go with soil to start... Very forgiving I would suggest starting with FF happy frog and then moving either to FF ocean or pro-mix! I personally use pro-mix. Just my preference Some people even mix the 2 together... Like I said earlier, using happy frog will imo eliminate the needs for nutes for the first 6 weeks or so when your plants are the most vulnerable...
