Need heat resistant, high yield

Hello,
I need a strain that will be heat resistant, good for 30-35ºC (CO2 enrichment), fast flowering and high yield, any thoughs?
Should i use regular seeds or fem to grow some mothers? Why?

For a heat resistant, high yielding, and fairly fast flowering strain (9-10 weeks), check out Mandala's Satori.
As for your "reg vs. fem seed" question, a mother plant is a keeper, something special, something you don't find everyday. So it doesn't matter if she comes from reg, or fem seeds, just as long as she's remarkable.

Sativas will work too, but prefer indicas. I hear several times regular seeds are better for mothers, but dont know if it is true or has any scientific base.

I had a pheno of nirvana's Ice that would flower in 60 days, withstood high temps and quite mold resistant, but out of that ten pack all the other pheno were not good at all. Not sure how likely you are to find that pheno again but for 25 bucks a ten pack it is a cheap option.

And the whole regulars making better moms is pure conjecture. I've ran both many times and haven't noticed too much difference, if any.
