Need form(s) to grow medical for a friend

A friend of mine recently got his Medical Recommendation (I've had mine for awhile). I would like to have him assign to me the rights to grow for him on a non-exclusive manner so I can grow for him, as he is older than me and cannot do it himself.

I know I sign forms at the dispensary so they can grow for patients, does anyone have a sample form or template that I could get.

I just want to make sure that we are both protected.

Thanks In Advance for any advice. :joint::peace:

Thanks for the link. What I was looking for was a form that someone had used, with the correct legalize.

I am just going to grow some plants for a fellow Medical Card holder, I don't want to be a Caregiver, so I think I will post his Medical Recommendation with mine and get him to assign me to grow for him.

I know I sign a paper to transfer the non-exclusive right for the dispensary to grow for me, every time.

I might have to go to one of the clubs and asked them to let me have whatever they feel compelled to make me sign.

Thanks :joint::peace:

Forgive me if Im wrong but I believe you just need to have their doctors rec. posted in the growroom along with yours, at least thats what my friend who grows for his grandmother and mother did/does.
edit: reread post and I dont think my answer was at all what you were looking for sorry...

That's what I was thinking, get a copy and post both in the grow area.

I don't want to make it complicated, just cover my ass. :bigjoint:

If he lives with you then you can just post it up next to you recomendation. But if he lives outside the house i am pretty sure you need to sign a collective agreement with him, syaing he will participate in some of the work. As long as you dont have like a hundred plants for two paperworks, i don't think you will have too much of a problem with leo's. Good luck and stay safe.
