Need Experience Help on Planting

My question are about cloning and plant soil

1) I know how to clone but can i clone it outdoor in rockwool under a shaded area
2)Im starting a new plant frm seed this spring so Im askin wat kind of organic soil should I get without it smelling

fox farm ocean forest is pretty sweet if u want organic and a trust worthy company. and cloning outdoors...never done it but low humidity might make it hard unless u can mist them wenever.
