need bigger grow cabinet

i have my plant in a cabinet in my closet but it is getting to bit so i hade to make a new grow cab, what would be the best time of day to set it up and wire my lights it will take a min... should i swap it over during the plants light period or the sleep period.

You wanna do it while the lights are on, you dont want any light to see your plants during the "Night" period, if you move them during the day the worst thats gunna happen is it wont get as much light for however long your switching them over. Either way, your plant will be fine, I personally would just switch them while the lights are on.
