need advice

yo im just wondering what kind of light i would need to use if i was going to start my plants indoor and move them outside for spring so theyll bud. also should i have them on 24 hrs of light while indoors or less?

how many plants? i would use a floro 6500K. they are used for veg. the plants wont bud untill later in the year when the sun changes color. so if u start them to early they will end up being very big plants. i would only run the lights for 18/6. and why are you moving them out side instead of doing the full grow inside?
