ok so plants sprouted from seeds on sept 26

stats:

- Promix hp medium with worm casting (i kinda thought maybe the worm casting did this but dont no for sure).

- just switched to 12/12 on the 15th 5 42 watt (actual) soft white and 1 42 watt (actual) daylight.

- i am using the bontincare original pure blend bloom at half strength

- temps are between 20c-25c

- humidity is at 50-60

- i thought this problem was because of the Ph so i bought a tester and i was right the Ph was way to high. So i got Ph down and now my levels are at 6.0. i also added to my water/nutrient solution was CalMag. all the pics are present pics the night after i used CalMag.

- i tried flushing them with 3 gallons of water each and nothing. so then i tried the CalMag and still no difference. am i just tripping out and will these babies be ok?

- its only the fan leaves that are doing this

good, exhaust at the top and and passive intake on the bottom, the intake was blowing right at the plants and i recently changed that so they dont blow right at them.. the air exchange might even be a bit to much but i dont no if that would effect that.(i am a first time grower) the exhaust fan is a 6" axial fan and its pretty fast

so u think my lights are too close casue the temps are perfect sometimes more near the 22c range. and do i feed CalMag to every watering?

If your ph was high, than that lead to some def.. Now that you have that straight, trim the damaged leaves and keep eye on new growth. You're not going to see instant results, so be careful with the additives.. Would hate to see you go from def. to toxicity problems.

You most likely experienced the mag def due to lock out from ph being off.. I would just keep ph in check and continue with your reg. feeding schedule, maybe on the light side til they recover fully though.

Then if you experience any other probs. you will know it's from an actual def. instead of lock out.. If you add a bunch of additives and it was ph related.. Then when you get PH straight and plant starts uptaking nutes again, your soil is overloaded with stuff you didn't need in the first place.

Just trim back all that dead leaf and run straight ph'd water for a bit until things settle out. I've seen ph problems do some pretty bad things when they are way to high or low.

If you are looking for a good flushing agent I would highly suggest looking into a product called FloraKleen by GH.

Just remember it can take up to 2-3 days before you can even see signs of a plant responding to what you gave her so just be patient and let her adjust to her new environment.

Good luck bro!
