You can rig up a drip system fairly easily and fairly cheap.
You'll need a reservoir for your water, a small hydro pump, a timer and some tubing. Fill the water res with pH'ed water. Set the timer to water on the appropriate day(You'll need a good digital timer for this part). Run tubing from the pump to a 9 way splitter. Run the 9 ends into your pots and ANCHOR them. Hopefully you can get this running and TEST it a few times before you go on vacation. Once you get it setup you'll LOVE it forever. All you gotta do is figure out how long to run the pump to get the right amount of water. I know that my plants need about a gallon of water each every 3 days. I would see how long it takes my pump to fill up 9 1 gallon jugs with the drip system employed. OR set it up and use it to water while you watch. Time how long you let the pump run before you have enough water in the pots. Set the timer for that duration and you can water consistantly as long as your res is full.
Your other option is to find someone you trust to water them for you. What state do you live in? If you're in a medical state it would be easier than in Texas.
My friends rely on me to be the water guy when they go outta town because they know I will sweep the floors and clean up while I'm there. I fukkin HATE dirty grow rooms!
Good luck with your garden. Enjoy your vacation and dont worry about your crop. It's part of being a grower... Sometimes shit dies and you feel stupid. Every time I make a mistake something really cool replaces my lost plant. I started with CRAPPY genetics from a dispensary. If that plant would have been great I would have never grown my other AMAZING strains.

It would be wise to give it a test run before vacation. Id hate to get home and find a pool in my grow room. Set that shit up ASAP and run it as many times as you can before you leave. Make it a new part of the grow and give it the time and respect it deserves.
If youre really pressed for time the 3rd day is probably perfect. I can give you guidance thru most of the process if you need help.

They have a product in Sky Mall... yes, sky mall. Its literally for watering plants when you are on vacation. Think it was like 40bucks everything said and done. It is like what Irie said, it is a drip system I believe. Check it out.

If you are buying all of this hydro equipment... maybe try hydro for your next grow, you just need a medium and top tray. Theoretically I can be away from my plants for 2 weeks, but I could pull off 4 weeks. I have a 50 gal res with a pump that extends to my bathtub...easy to flush. Then I have a 50 gal drum res with 3 part mixed in at full tilt. My res has a float valve on it so I just turn it on and i constantly have my res topped off with fresh RO water. Then my pumps are on timers. I can feed up to 9 times a day as often or infrequent as I'd like. The whole thing is pretty nicely automated, but still check it twice a day every day, and I plug my pumps in by hand. Timers are what you rely on to keep the environment stable, if your timer doesn't fire, or turn off... your plants will suffer.

6.6 gallons would only water 3 of my plants once. :) If that is enough water for your room it looks like a good unit. But you are limited and cannot upgrade. As long as you're cool with being limited on function it should be fine.
