Appreciate it... Felt like I should clean out but just hate the thought...
Looks like I have a busy depressing evening ahead of me.

Once security is compromised you have a problem..
Get those plants out a there and go buy some tomatoes.. Been doing this my whole life only had two security problems..
Once I had to trash flowering plants.. Glad I did...
It sucks but it's part of the game we choose to play..

Nope. Get rid of all of it. Get a buddy to store it, put it in the parents attic, whatever it takes. Get it out of there.
If you had an asshole on that crew that knew and just played it cool because he wants to fuck you up just for shits and giggles and video tape it and put it on YouTube for the LOL's, those lights and one single seed or leave clipping found on site will get you arrested.
Nobody cleans up that good. Nobody.

As for me, it would already be gone, no questions asked. I'll never, ever be the asshole sitting in jail because I felt that it wasn't worth getting off my dead ass for a few hours to stay out of prison for the next 5 to 8 years.

Bring the plants to your outdoor spot. Keep the Grow equipment. It isn't illegal to have Grow equipment.

It is in illegal states. It's the same as glass pipes. Glass pipes aren't illegal to sell or possess so long as they are marketed as "tobacco pipes" and purchased as such. But if one single, solitary grain of marijuana or resin or residue is found, it becomes paraphernalia.
The same applies to all growing equipment. Lights, pots, fertilizers, all of it. If they find one single solitary flake of marijuana, it's all drug equipment and they can and will charge you for it and in all likelihood take your house.
I'm assuming he's in an illegal state like Georgia or he wouldn't be worried about being found out to begin with.
Better to be absolutely 100% safe than get stupid, careless and greedy and wind up going to jail for years and losing your home.

If nothing has happened in a month, go ahead and bring the plants back to flower them indoors if you wish. You're in a good position with the time of year. Plants dont start to flower until August. You may as well just keep them outdoors. Free light.

In a lot of places, asset forfeiture doesn't require a conviction. People have lost very expensive cars over seeds, and never been charged.

I just finished removing all the plants... I might get some tomatoes and throw florescent s on them since the 1000w ballasts were causing the problem in the first place... Don't wanna pay electricity for tomatoes anyways haha.
Doing thorough cleanup either way and removing almost all growing stuff... Just the basics around for tomatoes... Think I'm good now

id say stick a batch of tomatoes in there.... see how you get on after a couple months if alls good stick some real things in there,,, but I dno 4k watts is a lot for some tomatoes lol

The cops may be watching your power use now. If they don't see a pattern of on for 12 or 18 hours and then off, they will know you aren't growing. Keep cycling one light on a 12/12 timer. See if they show up..... But don't leave anything they can charge you with. One bad warrant will inoculate you. For a while.

Why would I want them to show up period? Haha
I've already cut the off the lights and moved my plants outdoors... Isn't a viable reason I stopped growing "tomatoes" because of the rf interference?
