Need a pro to show me what I'm doing wrong

i have 2 inline fans one is 4 inch and one is 6 inch. I just the 4 and intake and the 6 and exhaust for my 3x3 tent.

My plants have not been looking good, what am I doing wrong, one has a black spot and the other has a white spot on it. Humidity is 20
Temp is 80
4 40watt CFL lights inches from them

I added a humidifier but it didn't get anymore Humid. The temp just rose to 90 do I removed the humidifier.

The light schedule is bad some times I give them less sleep. Is that the problem? If I fix that will my next grow be smooth?

What am I missing, where am I going wrong. Please check all my details and give me a solid solution

Ok, wow, what a list

Bring those lights up if your temps are really at 90 near those plants, at least until you deal.with your temps/airflow problem. Keeping the lights too far will cause them to stretch, but too close will cook them. Delicate balance with lights like that.

Probably too much fan power there, you could just do the 6" and let the air come into the tent passively. No need to powered intake on a 3x3 tent, IMO

Humidity is too low. What kind of humidifier did you buy? Where did you put it? You can probably put it in the room with the tent, not into the tent itself.

Where is the tent pulling fresh air from? Where is the hot air going when it is exhausted?

Whoa whoa whoa whoa, inline fans? Like an inline booster fan or a real blower? Post a pic of them if you can, that could be your problem...

How old are those plants?

Do those cups have drain holes so that the roots can breathe?

They're not doing so well because the temps are high and the humidity is too low. They're worried about drying out. In high temps and low RH the plants slow down their "breathing" so they don't lose so much water through their stomata (think pores). They close the stomata so conserve water. The lights are too close too, they're curling under trying to reduce leaf surface area that's being hit by the light to reduce heat and conserve moisture.

Notice the recurring themes of heat and moisture control. You need to bring that heat down and humidity up.

What kind of blowers again? Post a pic. And where are the flowers situated on the tent? And where is the tent located? In what kind of room and how is the temps/humidity of the room in which the tent is located?

I agree with lights being a lil too close and he should let his soil dry out a bit before next watering

ok Have humidifier running outside the tent, I turned off the exhaust 6inch but left the roof hole open, and opened a side flap on the tent. I turned up the 4inch intake to medium. The temp is 80 and the humidity is 30. I also pulled the lights up around 5 inches from the plants

I water them every 2-3 days because I was over watering them. I only use distilled water and I used ocean fox farm soil.

Are both your blowers like that? That's good, those will actually do work. An inline booster fan is a piece of crap, FYI.

Try exhausting the bigger blower out of the roof vents, you might get even lower temps...

Is your house that dry? 30 is still low, but better than it was...

Good job!

Ditch the intake fan. No need for that at all.
I turned off the exhaust and left the intake going, I closed any side flaps on the tent. I put my humidifier in there and left the door a little cracked. Temp is 79 and humidity is 35 almost 40. but I gotta go check to make sure it doesn't go way over board, also the humidifier says something about being able to last 14 hours on so idk I should probably turn it off in a couple hours, it's been on for one.

Like I and and others have said, you need to have only one fan going, and put that fan on your exhaust!

And the humidifier can probably stay on all the time if you need it, the tank may only last 14hrs before you have to fill it...

Lol

An exhaust near the ceiling is the most effective way to cool the tent because you're pulling the hottest air out. That "14 hours" means without refilling the tank. A humidifier can run non-stop.I should warn you that most hygrometers (humidity gauges) are crap.

I agree with the guys above. and u should also remove the foil from the cups and replace it with dark paper or dark plastic or replant them in non transparent cups bc light can sometimes damage root growth and helth as well the aluminum can retain heat and heat those roots up as well as the area around the plants if the light gets too close to it. now that u moved the lights up its not as big of a worrie but I still would. and try to put a deep dish like a empty clean butter dish in the bottom of the tent half full of water this will add some humidity so u don't have to worry about the humidifier and turning it off or on or get a timer for it to run for an hour every few hours as well as a light timer so u can get a more even light cycle and wont have to turn them off and on. no professional but hope this helped as well.

No no no lol. Turn off your intake, turn on your exhaust and open some flaps. You will create negative pressure this way, which will keep smell in

Cap master pointed something out that could be a big problem, so I'll repeat. Transparent cups are bad. Fix that before anything else.
