I have two different types of paint; Semi-gloss Diamond White and
High gloss Ultra White.

Would one of these be good to use inside my cabinet?

use mylar if you can get it if not id use the high gloss more durable and easier to clean. mylar is 95% refective.

No you want flat white not high gloss. yes it is easier to clean but you will get hot spots. Just go buy a gal of flat, it will be $5-$10. But if you can get mylar that is best. Look around at .99c stores that have a polywrap that is made of mylar. color on one side and the reflector on the other. You can look at other stores as well.
