the only thing i would check in the startup tab is antivirus

however some people prefer that itunes or some shit startup with the computer, but unless you have a brand new machine, it will slow down the rest of the startup process

you should definitely get rid of some applications that you will probably never use.

I'm going to run CCleaner now. I will keep you posted jwop about how it ends up.
