you have a little bit, from what i gather and have read, the first little bit the pollen sack are only filled with water..
in this time your ok.. but later on if the sacks pop the pollen is airborn and will mess ur plans up a wee bit
They don't release their pollen until the balls split open, although I'm not sure if they release immediately after opening, or if they have to dry out a little first. I never let them go that far, yet, and hope I never do.LOL
I agree with the rest. As soon as I find out a plant is a male, I pull it away from the others and dispose of it. No need to keep it around unless you want to use it for practice, different nutes/lighting/ferts/etc....??
