It's ok bill, I was thinking about using a male auto for breeding later just for fun. Let me know when the next round of auto's are ready, I'll definitely take some then. thanks!
Tell you what, if i get a male, you can have him, or his pollen. :) I'll actually collect some before tossing the plant this time, I promise!

Hey guys, I just planted one in a shot glass too! Make that five in the contest!

Also, how long are you supposed to leave seeds in water in a glass to see if they float or sink? And sinking is good, or bad? I can't freakin remember LOL

I leave them in the shotglass of water for 24 hours and then move them to a paper towel.

I'm thinking Bill has a great idea with the plastic shotglasses for drainage, but I'm already in a normal shotglass.

I have a ton of those but the contest does say shot "glass" not shot "cups" :D

I already started in glass so I'll just leave them there... I could start 2 more in plastic one's to have a side by side?

I actually thought of doing a mini dwc...well you can't have the "d" in that for a shotglass. But I thought of once she sprouted, putting her into a shotglass with nothing but water, an airhose with low pressure and something like a neoprene collar to hold her in place and conceal the roots from the light.
