As a doctor, he acknowledges the medicinal and beneficial uses of the Cannabis plant. But not only that he also understands how much money has been wasted in the so called war on drug.
I know everyone may not agree with all his views but people rarely agree on everthing. But, lets band together on this one thing we agree on and make a change that is long over due.......(someone pick up or change* here, gotta goto work )
9th and 10th are the people retaining the rights not in the Constitution.
AMENDMENT X to the Constitution of the United States:
* * The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

With out of control deficit spending, now is the time to stop this liberty crushing & ineffective use of taxpayers funds.* With the US importing 14 billion in Hemp from Canada, now is the time to free our farmers to grow hemp.* With the judges & prisons over-stressed, now is the time to determine more effective priorities.* With the spiraling issues concerning opiate based pain killers, now is the time to allow a vastly safer medicine.
We have shown we are a tireless minority, now lets set some minds free.
It does not take a majority to prevail... but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men.
