I see this all the time when reading about different strains. Narcotic effect, Psychoactive etc.
Tried so many types of weed...but, haven't found it yet. (Narcotic effect)... I'm sad.

That plant was selectively bred for narcotic-like potency (hence the name, a play on "heroin"). Its also available at a very reasonable price from Sannie's seeds.
Pretty much any of the good pure landrace indicas will work too. These are plants selectively bred over centuries to make hash: Afghan #1, Maple Leaf Indica, Hindu Kush, Afghan Kush, Mazar, etc.

Good suggestions, but nobody mentioned Black Widow? (yes it was called that long before it was White Widow). Very Indica strain and when used properly can medicate a charging Rhino.

I have a chemdog that cripples you for the first 5 min, after smoking it. Good body high but more of a mind numbing face melter. It doesn't put you to sleep, just wacks you out to the point you need a few min before being able to think about anything complicated. I didn't like it at first cuz it just got me too Fukd up... now I appriciate it's potency. It feels like a narcotic effect. Several people that I've shared it with say the exact same thing after it hits them.... "holy Shit!"

You're a lucky man to have ran into that many potent strains, there's nothing worse than smoking something and not getting high enough, smoke more and still not getting there, then realize..... this weed just isn't going to get me where I want to go.
So far this chem is the strongest I've ran across and I'm lucky enough to be growing it myself.

Just finished growing it, took 5 hits...and coughed my way through. Within 10 minutes I was eating everything in sight, an hour later I passed out in the middle of a movie. Don't smoke this stuff during the day, unless you are either prepared to get absolutely nothing done or have a pot of coffee available.
And the flavor is really nice, sort of a mild coffee/earthy taste.

Not very long at all, vegged for a few weeks and then flowered for a little over 8. It's a quick finisher w/a very hardy stalk...perfectly suited for in-ground plantings in northern climates. The downside is it needs more room than most strains and doesn't produce high yields...none of the top shelf potency strains do from what I can tell...that's the trade-off for having the best I guess.

dont know about indica, but sensi seeds original cut from the cup winner jack herrer was knockout. put me tpo sleep whilst driving home on the motorway, thankfully a trucker had been following my erratyic driving, un beknown to me i should add. and gave me a blast from his air hornes, that woke me up in an instant, and i pulled over for a while in complete shock, fucking hybrids lol
