Nanners on my 5th Week Girls

I found a couple nans on one of my plants and 1 on another. They hadn't burst, and I pulled them out with tweezers. Scanning my plants daily. I know I'll have some seeds, but will the buds not effected still grow to the full potential, or does the entire plant suffer and focus on seeds from a few pollinated buds? Thanks my fellow cheech and chongs.

Ive found that fem seeds often throw nannas but they are in effect infertile. (maybe one or two seeds in the whole plant)
