Naners...

So I found some bananas on 2 of 4 of my plants. One had more than a few, one had 2. I pinched them off but should I just scrap the whole damn grow? They are in week 4 of flower and looking delicious. This is my first time and I'm not sure if I caught things before they dusted but when I pinched the naners they were definitely dry and ready to go. Some pollen may have ended up in my tent in this process. What would you guys do? Turn it into something else like budder or hash? I'm familiar with making budder but not hash...or should I just wait and see how it all turns out? How can I tell if the buds are growing seeds?

Might as well finish out unless you got new plants vegged and ready to go.

If you see two nanners ther are probably more hiding you cant see .

Just finish them best you can pluck off any you see and dont be suprised if you find some seeds :)

Ok I will let them run. I have nothing else going right now. Do they only grow pollen sacks and naners once or will there be new ones popping up until finish?

Next time I am growing legit genetics, not seeds I found in buds...

they will keep popping up, have some tweezers and a cup of water, pull them out and put into water. sometimes the bananas will be sterile and won't cause any issues, if you're lucky.:bigjoint:

Yup all that :)

Water will kill any stray pollen back when i cared i would spray them with a lite mist first then pluck

Happens to the best of us bud.

Normally if its just rodelization then its just a few hopefully sterile nannerz but if its major stress (light leaks, temps, nutes) they will pop up.

Just LABEL them as possible herm seed and either feed it to the birds or save em for a rainy day .... or throw them out in your woods if you have woods lol and see if they grow by the fall :)

My lady has come in from her garden with a seedling at least twice saying did you plant this in my garden im like no but i did throw a few seeds in it lol

Save hermseed for experiments and fun.
Just please dont breed with it ;) (i know you wouldnt)

And dont be down from it,
ive grown tons of killer weed from hermy bagseeds. :)

I appreciate the good vibes! I do have to admit the pollen took a lot of wind out of my sails because I was super stoked on this first time grow, even though it was bag seed. I will let them run and keep an eye on things, it looks like I missed two pollen sacks which I plucked today. The Gellato is the hermie bunch, my one Blue Cookie is really girlie and fucking robot symmetrical....is it possible to clone her somehow?? I have no shoots that are not full blown buds on her though.

I wouldn't scrap the grow. The possibility of a few seeds isn't the end of the world. Finish out the grow. You said the bud is looking delicious. You might have to pick out a few seeds but at least you'll get some bud for the work you've done so far. I remember when all weed had seeds. We just picked them out and smoked away. Never thought anything about it. It's crazy to scrap an entire grow this far in over the possibility of a few seeds.

keep on growing for sure. remember to figure out why it hermied. are you sure its just genetics? these things happen and its what you call experience, now you know more then before and, if you learn from it, will grow even better dank next time around. you can take cuts anytime and reveg. lookup monster cropping. also heard you can leave some healthy leaves and bud sites on the plant after harvest and reveg the whole plant. (never done this myself)

That is monster cropping as well :)

Actually this whole run is a monster run

Not recomended as it adds time to the grow and so.times they grow slow

But the clones you take off it after it starts growing like normal preform as they should good luck20180402_233757.jpg
