Not mycorrhiza, but obviously some type of mycelia. Usually get it when you have large amounts of organic matter in your soil and the fungus is breaking it down. In my garden much of my soil looks like this in areas where I previously had woodchips that had decomposed. I get a bumper crop of dog stinkhorns every year, just wish they were morels instead
