haha..mine is a sped too!...no quite as bad as yours...but it was doing that wierd leaf shit too..it has since came out of it..( so far so good)..but it's good to know i don't have the only rubber headed plant out there..lol

oh and mine is from seed..so i don't think it's a cloning thing
as others have indicated, i would guess you have pH problems.... the bottle water i been buying lately has a pH of 8.8 !!! fork over the money for a digital pH meter.
also, like a few others have indicated, it looks like your plant went into flower mode... when it goes back into veg mode it, like, "resets" and goes back through the leaf production schedule of 1 leaf, then 3 leafs, then 5 leafs, like it was a baby.

I stopped sing botteled water and only tap water that rested 24hours , and pulled the light at about 2ft from the plants.
