My Very Own CFL Grow!!

I started a journal on 2 of these plants before but I figure here might be better as i will continue to grow different things.

My veg room= 4 26w cfl 3 daylight 1 warm white
My flower room = 12 27w cfl probably 10-2 2700/6500 (i just setup veg room and did a 2 day test on it so both are veg rooms atm).
Medium Promix/perlite/dolomite lime (still playing with various ratios)
Nutrients General hydroponics flora grow/micro/bloom
Plants = 1 feminized Great White Shark vegged just over 5 weeks from seed (GHS)
1 feminized Lemon Skunk about 4 weeks from seed (GHS)
1 Great white shark clone rooted for 10 days now (im loosing this one to a friend)
1 Dutch Treat X Northern lights (VSB) non fem
1 Blueberry budah.. it could be just bluberry as a stoner moment forgot which . i know i got home and it was marked 'bb' lolz
3 fresh cut great white shark cuttings
2 fresh cut lemon skunk cuttings
1 itsy bitsy min
Plan = To grow and try new strains for the joy of growing it and the love of smoking it.

Jan 1st the lemons skunk and the great white shark were put on 12/12 with 11 2700k and 1 6500k cfl.
I plan on taking more pictures when they are awake tomorrow

nice man looking good im curious about dat closet tent does smell come out ? im thinking of getting a 2nd flower room and how much it cost ya ??

I picked up the wardrobe closet from walmart for about 30 bucks, 36x20x64 dimensions. I sealed it up with duct tape and black plastic. The framework(metal pole frame) could be sealed airtight if you wanted it to ,but i only have small plants in it so I havent gotten to the stinky part. I pretty much leave it 1/2 open most of the time. it also has a pole to hang light though i dont know the weight limits of it ( i dont know what a good light setup weighs either lol).. panda film is going to replace the plastic soon. good framework for a DIY tent. Im sure the good pro ones are better.(better zippers/less work) but with a lil luv its an excellent choice. Room for filters and such for sure.
wallmart also had a bigger one as well it was 60x20x64. and it was only 8 bucks more at the one near me..( oh noooo im plugging wally world.....lol)

Here is some pics i took today. the third pick is a little top i took off the side of a rooted clone.It was growing from under the soil line and had roots attached so i took a razor blade and cut it off with some of the roots and planted it.. it survived and is growing good now lol. also checked the clones when i took pics one of the great white shark clones has started to root!! still no sign on the others

I did top the lemon skunk about a week and a half before i switched lights. the 2 tops i got off started growing really good so i started to Lst them , now the bottom ones are catching up
ive been adjusting them as i go spreading them out once they get to the edge of the pot i will let them grow up from there.
I topped the Great White Shark at 5th node when it was small i attempted a FIM but everything grew so fast on that plant i couldnt tell I also have this one LSTed its just so bushy its hard to see the strings sometimes lol
got some updates incoming ... as sooon as i smoke a jay of this Organic White Russian I've been smoking mmmmmm mmmmmm

View attachment 1978357i took this pic a few days ago its been going now for around 67 days so far im just coming to the point where the fan leaves are fallin off and the trichomes are all over the place...will send more pics soon as others growing too but what is the exact right time of days to be ready to harvest a plant ?

thanx mate i allready know about watchin the trichomes turning different colours to tell you when they are ready to harvest but just really wanted to know wether i can push it a bit more to produce more bud cos they are gettin bigger as time goes on but its been 67 odd days now and gettin rather tired of waiting lol put it this way im spending more money on buying it than gettin my own diy stuff myself lol

time to pull it tommorow is it best to pull it out when my lights come back on and then put it in darkness for 72 hours ?

u will do 1000 times better than i will on your grow uve took ya time at it and produced a rather good looking grow area as for me im using a small cupboard with about 5 cfls. and just 1 red spectrum flowering 125w light....the box hits around 28c with lights on but at night they do kinda suffer with a 20 ish to 22c sleep...which is probably why im not gettin that fullness out of the buds growing on it but fingers crossed this goes right and thanx for your help much appreciated...

both plants are showing there sex 2 for 2 on the feminized seeds lol.
I moved my strings holding the lemon skunk and tied them down in a new position
tied down a couple of the tops on the great white shark too but it grows so evenly its easy to Lst.
I topped/Fimmed my blueberry and dutchtreat babies . both at their 5th node.
I dont know if i got this FIM down or not yet but thats what im trying to accomplish. we will just have to wait and see right? lol
5 out of 6 clones are starting to root.. none big enough to come out of the humidity domes (cutup coke bottle) the only left i cut the day after so its all good
I just wanted to gaurantee that i have the strain kept going and i have at least one of both so WOOOHOO! =)
I'll have to get real stoned and post my "What not do do while cloning and still succeed" because I broke all the rules on purpose :fire:

after all this is my first grow and I want a good yield of experience if anything .

heres my ladies just before bedtime 10th day 12/12
they are starting to smell very nice.
I gave them a a 3/4 veg feeding from the feeding chart i have(General Hydroponics flora line trio),then the next time they got thirsty I transplanted them into their final pots and gave them just water( just after i switched to 12/12).
next time will be the first flowering nute mix they will be getting ill be doing 1/3 strength for the first one and see how they respond. I plan on feeding 1/2 strength every 2nd watering unless my plants say otherwise.
to help judgement on size the Great White shark is in a 6gal pot and the Lemon Skunk is in a 3 gallon one.

I took off all the strings tying them down for a few hours today let them relax a bit , then i retied them into new positions. they are growing like weeds lolz.
new tops are coming in on my little BB and DTxNL.
Got my nutes mixed and just killing a bit of time before i feed my clones and the rest of the ones in my veg room.
New clones are getting 1/2 strength seedling menu =)
my older clone,BB and DTxNL are getting 1/2 strength from the VEG menu
