hey i have a outdoor plant about 1 foot tall it has 28 leaves. they are in threes?

Your plant will show microscopic signs after maturity in veg..besides that you can only sex once you have started 12 hours off 12 hours on, and put the plant into flowering. for an outdoor plant it will wait until the daylight cycle takes its course as it would naturally in the wild.
