K so my seeds are all germ and fine except one. It's in rock wool and the tap root is over top of where the leaves should be coming out. Will it fix it self or should I assist it. I'm leaning towards it fixing it self, I want another opinion tho

im not 100% sure what your talking about you mean the root has went up instead of down? Anyways as long as it's not a sprout it's safe to handle just be gentle not to break the root so assist it yourself

Its still a sprout lol, it busted open but the tap root dug it self in above where the leaves are, and now its blocking the leaves from coming out of the rockwool

It can still be safe to handle if it's a sprout. Personally I just feel more comftorble handling seeds with the root out because it's just a germinated seed which gets handled all the time.
