My Seedling Stop Growing

I started ten days ago and it the same size as it was 7 days ago. My leafs are dark green in the middle and light green outside. I stared it in rockrool then put a lil bit of soil around it becuz it was falling over. I been keeping it in a dome and under hp lighting. But still it seems like it stund or something. Anyone have a clue on what I should do? I been keeping water at 5.7 pm and 1.1 ec

I do not use the EC ratio. I use PPM, but 1.1 EC seems really high for such a young plant. But i would think if it was high, the leafs would be burnt.
I use Rapid Rooters for my young seedlings, with zero nutrients and have almost 100% success, with explosive results. But then again once the seedlings pop roots out the sides or bottom of the rapid rooter I stick them in 16 ounce plastic beer cups with COCO. I love this stuff.

Yeah. I wait until roots show out of the beginning medium then put into a pot with soil, watering with only a rooting solution. Then just switch to my nutrient solution.

you overfed it. you seedlings can't handle more than 0.25 EC. this is why.

Yah, I thought 1.1-1.3 EC was pretty much full bore strength. Also, Just because one guy can feed his plants 1.2 EC does not mean that the strain you have can handle more then .9. This is why I have sometimes had trouble growing multiple strains. Once strain might like to take really heavy Nut loads, while the other strain might burn if i just show them the bottles of nutrients.

sorry not 1.1 ec just .11 Only a lil grow and micro like a drop of each. I don't really think it the food. Any other ideas guys.

YES!!!!!! You did not use RAPID ROOTER'S!!! I do all my grow steps the easiest way I can. for seedlings I always start them out in RAPID ROOTERS, and not Jiffy Pucks or soil. But that is just me. You can find them on EBAY for a good price.
