hey man, its looking nice, My only question is, is that foil on the walls? If it is then i would recommend ripping it down and buying some Mylar. Foil reflects heat better than it does light (doesn't really reflect light well at all).

Yeah I was thinking is that foil lol. Go buy mylar or a cheaper and just as good alternative is black/white Panda film. Other then that not too bad now to fill it with some equip :)

my suggestion would be to redo the mylar without the wrinkles, because it may mess up the reflecting its intended to do.

Yeah what happens is when the light hits the mylar instead of reflecting back in the direction it came from or if it is on angle in the angle it is aimed at it seperates the level of reflection creating heat spots so certain parts of your plants will receive more heat then other parts due to this.

I like the setup but maybe u should purchase a hps may be 150 to start I have a 2 by 2 by 4 box and am going to put up my second 150 soon but heat maybe a problem if u don't duct In fresh air

If you do not bring in fresh air, your growth will be minimal, even a 'sealed' box must have air movement. A sealed box just means you only allow air to flow in the locations and directions you set it up to.

I agree with this post tho, HPS and MH all the way, even if they are smaller bulbs, they still work amazing. I use a 250w MH for my veg chamber and LOVE it.
