please check the other pages on this on the support forum ( there are at least 2 of these threads on the first page alternatively you can use the search engine, it helps to not clutter up the support form with the same question over and over again )
this is currently an issue with vbulletin systems and IE 10. (not specifically RIU)
if youre using IE 10, there are 2 ways to fix this issues
1. use a different browser
2 go to my roll it up. under my settings hit general settings
scroll all the way down till misc options
there you will see this
Message Editor Interface:
- Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing
- Basic Editor - A simple text box
- Standard Editor - Extra formatting controls
switch to BASIC EDITOR .
