my plants sprouted now what? need help big time

i threw seeds outside and they sprouted now i got lil trees sprouting. theyve been likes this for about 3 weeks and ive been givin them a cup of purified water about every 2 days. some body told me to start flowering them soon? this is my first time growin so i dont hav any idea what that means or what to do frm here. help me please

im sure they meant to switch them to 12 hours light, 12 hours night but that aint gonna happen if its outside!

they will need to be in veg for a while - i've come across a lot of newbies who dont know where to start on RIU, once you get a basic knowledge it's much much easier as you'll have a better idea of what to look for, tho i would suggest if you're doing a specific search to do it in google and then follow the link to RIU from there, it's way easier finding specific topics that way.

this is a good place to get a basic overall knowledge - yes it's wikipedia, and no disrespect to RIU coz i wouldn't have grown as well as i can without all these guys, but this is a good starting block

What are the temps outside like?

high 50s to mid 60s at night and 70s to 80s durin the day and in a couple months were gonna be back in the 90s and 100s

Well, Depending in how involved you want to get- start measuring soil moisture, consider watering with a fertilizer and read, dude, read - like we all do. If they're outside the you can't control light... Also - definitely consider the Security issues...
