my plants allways falldown they get top heavy and tip over i even toped them the stalks are thick at the base but get weak at the tops where the buds are and some of them the whole plant is tiped over

May i assume you dont have fan blowing in your grow room?
Heres a tip: I bought solar powered mini fans. I keep my veg cabinet at 24/0. That way i am reclaiming some lost energy and not plugging something else in.

Cool idea with the solar fans, never thought of that. Also, you may want to try tying the plant to a post or something to hold it up. Sounds like they are stretching if they are getting top heavy, you might want to consider trying SCROG

they are tied up now and i do have a fan in the room and what exacly is scrog is that the same as topping the ones i toped 2 times are bushy and are not falling the others i toped once to get 3 or 4 stalks im thinkin mabee i toped them wrong
