My Plants at 5 Weeks

I'm a little concerned about the size of my plants at 5 weeks. The strain is shark shock from mr nice, and its supposedly a 56-60 day strain, but I don't know if my plants are far enough along. I realize trichomes determine when to harvest, not size, but I just wanted some opinions from some fellow LED growers. Heres the biggest bud I could find:DSCN1094.jpg

and the rest are pretty scrawny:DSCN1095.jpgDSCN1096.jpgDSCN1097.jpg

What do you guys think? Am I just being impatient?

I have no significant experience on led grows (or fast strains like this one) so it's hard for me to tell, but it seems like 3-4 weeks is too short to complete judging from how they look now. But then again they look pretty developed for 5 weeks, so the fast growth rate overall might cause it to be ready sooner than I initially think. Have you grown with the strain before? Have you seen any other shark shock grows to compare? I really haven't, but that can be a start.

Thanks for the reply. I actually joined the Mr Nice forums hoping to get some insight on how well my plants were doing, it seems they're behind the others but most of the grows are either outdoors or with 1000w hps so i cant compare. I guess this will be a learning experience

It would benefit those who might offer ideas if you could take you photos with normal lighting; the wash of red from LED make it hard to determine nuances. Schedules or timetables offered by seed companies should be taken with a grain of salt; I'm running bagseed at 12/12 under a combination of 90 watt LED and 35 (yes) CFLs dancing around my babies and have already sexed about a third now at the 30 day mark. My last grow went almost 5 months but that was because I had an overlong veg period; working this at 12/12 I hope to do it in less than 4. I've spent most of my time on Grasscity's forums, but am disheartened by the prejudice of so many towards anything but HID. Good luck on your efforts.IMAG0007.jpgIMAG0020.jpgIMAG0019.jpg
