My plants are not doing well :(

I'm using the SH Bubbleponics system and nutes.

The first one is the brainstorm and the 2nd is a super lemon haze...The first one I am not too sure what is wrong with it...The 2nd one I'm sure is nute burn, but I don't know why! I only put in 1/3 nutes and they're almost 3 weeks old :(

I know they are over watered--I am switching to 5 min on ever 3 hours--those dying leaves were nute burned. Is it natural to have those first leaves die?

Also, the rockwool on some of them is turning this white color...I dunno if thats normal or not, but it's happening and it looks like that white stuff is climbing up the stem ? If that makes sense....

anyway I NEED HELP thanks.

And I have pics of all 6 individual plants in my photo album if you wanna take a gander.
 
im no expert on hydro. i grow in soil and dont even check my ph. i ordered some of those litmus ph stips just to get an idea what mine is. i just checked my water with a pool test strip and it only goes down to 6.7 and my water is lower than that.
i dont see where 1/3 strength would hurt you unless the ph was off.

anyone else out there got any ideas.
