My plants are melting! HELP!

I watered the plants using PH'd tap water that had bubbled for 2 days. I used Earth Juice PH adjusting crystals to bring down the PH and I wonder if I added too much PH down or somthing because the new growth at the top of my plants is melting now! Literally disapperaring. HELP!!

I say flush with non ph'd tap water, just bubble it for an hour or two and flush the plant. That's what I normally do when something has gone really wrong, flush and keep flushing

i just looked real real closely and it looks like it might have been light burn.. even though the plant was just fine before the watering, and was 16-18 inches away from the light.. i just raised it to 24 inches. anyone else had this problem?

i wonder what conditions make the plant more susceptible to light burn? i just watered them and the light was at the same level as before.. why did they decide to burn now? How do I know if it's safe to bring the light closer to the canopy? I can keep my hand just below the glass without feeling discomfort.. it is air cooled.

the light can be as close as possible without causing the leaves to get dry.
measuring if you feel discomfort is not a good measurement, does your hand get warm after 30 secs? if so they your leaves are probably drying up too fast
I would put a fan close by to blow on the top canopy, that should cool down the plants. if this really is just a heat issue, I think there might be something else going on cause you tend to see leaves changing shape when there is something bad in the soil.

looks like damage from an earlier age.

well i did fim the plants last week.. not even sure what i was doing so i might have nicked extra plant tissue. thank you for the responses everyone.. i was freaking out for a minute there.
