My plants are growing slow and one is light green .

Too much light, too close. Don't give them nutrient until they have a few sets of nodes. Such is life with seedlings--SLOW to BOLT

Sometimes my cotyldons remain yellow for a few days until they start getting light. I pop them in darkness. As soon as I have them showing they go under an HID or an LED. Yours however look to be possibly negatively reacting to your medium. They appear, to me anyway, to be showing some nute burn.

Yeah the winged type is the Dutch barn.
Don't worry about it too much - I've a few of them myself but I use them in winter as I grow in the uk & they help keep the ladies that bit warmer.

It's all a learning curve & we're all literally consistently learning something new.
But trust me when I say, you're in the right place for Information as we're all speaking from experience & seeing as none of us are trying to sell you anything - make the most of it haha.

But as Roger mentioned, the T5's would be a brilliant future investment for seedlings/clones, etc & you're medium wouldn't be the best.
Look into coco or check out a few threads on making your own organic compost for future grows.

Also, check out groweedeasy.com - it's full of useful information too.

In the meantime until I get the humidity right. I've just been spaying them with a water bottle. Like 3-4 times a day because its hot. They seem to be OK. They look fine. But the temps are too high. Once I get the cool tube they should take off.... I hope. I will wait until I get the tube to add nutes

OK. I have a 4" exhaust. 2 actually. And the tent is still hot. Right now the light is just putting off lots off heat. I have to leave the tent half open to let cool air get it. That'll get it down to like 84

These are seedlings and you're toasting them. At the very least change the HPS to HID. With HPS you'd NEVER put it 12" from a plant in flower much less an 11 day seedling

Raise your light to between 28-32, & direct a fan to blow to basically disperse the heat.

Dont worry about the stretch - better that than losing the seedlings to heat stress.

Maybe you should/could grab a few CFL bulbs - until the cool tube arrives.
Plus you'll have the CFL's for seedlings/clones in the future.
A T5 fixture would be ideal but that's another matter.

I've seen a few DIY things over the years....try the DIY A/C via using a fan & water bottles containing ice. - you'd find it on YouTube I guess.
Hardly ideal but it'll help with the heat if you want a quick/temp fix.

You should have a 6" fan for the cool tube and another minimum 6" (better to have an 8") fan with charcoal filter for the tent. I would suggest you post all the equipment you have for the tent so we can let you know what to expect. For example, 400w of HPS is WAY too low to flower an 8 foot tent. Assuming your tent is 8x4, that's 32 potential square feet of canopy which works out to 12.5 watts per square foot. You should be looking at between 50 and 62.5 watts per square foot with HPS for flower and 35+/- watts HID in veg.
Since you seem to have a significant heat issue you should probably consider looking into good quality LED options including DIY if you're handy or at least CMH lighting before buying more HID/HPS equipment.

A couple of things
Do you have 2 600w fixtures or 2 bulbs?
You still have the HID too close to the plants.
You can have all the fans in the world in the tent but without proper ventilation you'll always have temperature and humidity issues even with cool tubes

How far up should I move the light? And yes. I have 2 600 watt mh 2 600 watt hps and 2 fixtures. I ordered a cool tube but I have to cancel it because I just figured out its for 250 and 400 watt bulbs.
